- go through the order and you will see how many exercise you can still do that work
-the springs add resistance so that is good for strength
-the chair is a great place to add weight bearing exercises without flexion
-go through all the individual needs and focus on those that strengthen the thoracic extensors
-avoid rolling exercises
-add in standing exercises for more weight bearing. Again look at the individual needs list
-when cuing cue to the critical connections, breath and of course scoop and pinch and perch this will all help strengthen the core with out adding flexion
-if possible get a doctors note that tells you what to avoid and what to do for each individual
-when in doubt leave it out!
